It will fix one cause of wander caused by what I consider a design deficiency in the steering box. There are many other causes of wander such as worn parts (track bar, ball joints, tie rod ends, intermediate steering shaft), worn or improperly adjusted steering gear, and out of alignment. If everything else is fine and you still have wander, this may be what you need. I believe this part would have fixed the one and only problem my '01 had related to the steering. It was such a bear to drive that I got rid of it so I'll never know for sure. If you're not sure about it, wait a little while and see what else gets posted over at TDR or here by those who are getting it.
