I would like to say that I agree with the above as well

I have always been a man of patience myself and if you are I would like to recomend the following order this is just my 2 cents

Gauges boost and egt at minimum

then if you want to hang around the 400RWHP mark you can go with the Con-O clutch from Southbend talk to Peter prolly get it under $500.00

Next 4" turbo back exhaust approx $500.00

Intake air, AFE mega canon approx $200.00

Turbo housing 16cm approx $150.00

Okay that covers clutch, intake air, exhaust, and monitoring (gauges)

Now let the fun begin, Bombs away:
TST #10 plate
Piers 4K gov kit
Piers 60lb Valve springs
Piers AFC spring kit
370 marine injectors
High flow delivery valves

It will be hard to stay out of that rig if you get all that done !!!

Yes you should be able to get a 4" section of exhaust pipe at your local shop but I would look for the down pipe as well and go 4" right out of the turbo I bought my system at www.jannettyracing.com/dodge.htm its a complete kit that sounds awsome and bolts right up using exsisting hangers, but there are several other brands and makes out there or you can just buy the down pipe and save money.

Gauges: once again a personal preference I am runing three spa gauges or should I say $$$$pa there exspensive but they are awsome www.spatechnique.com/instruments.html autometer, Di-pricol, westach are all good brands just make sure you get a boost gauge that reads up to 60psi min. The "a" pillar mounts are really clean and don't block or add a blind spot either I will try and post some pics of mine when I get a chance.

The Bushwacker exstenda fenders do pretty good prolly, better with your tires I am runinng 14.5 wide and they still do alright

P.S. I only take pictures when the rig is clean

Jennety's cold air intake is a K&N RE-0880 filter, and then a piece bent aluminum which serves as a heat shied. It also comes with the foam type mesh sock that goes over it to filter out the smaller stuff, or keep the bigger stuff off of the filter not sure. It is a definate increase of air flow over the stock system.

There are several options when it comes to upgrading the intake air supply, alot of people simply just replace the stock paper element with the K&N in the stock box. but I have heard they have to put grease around the edges to get it to seal in the stock box. that is prolly the cheapest upgrade but doesn't provide that much flow IMHO.

A while back, the in thing was the Psycotty system, check it out here www.toys-4u.com/ I purchased one and it worked fine but the quality of the product was laking compared to the cost. It to uses the same exsact filter that jennety sells the RE-0880, but you have to drill a 4.5" hole in the fire wall to gain access to the fresh air plenum. Another words air travels over your hood into the black plastic slots leading to the cab vents and you Psycotty system. I personally feel after haveing used it for 12 months that the plastic container it is housed in is to close to the filter, not to mention the air is directed directly to the end of the filter which is closed. As I said that used to be the in thing.

As we continue to search for air intake mods to lower our EGT's some body discovered the Big Honking Air Filter (BHAF) or at least that's what they call it over at thewww.turbodieselregister.com. Any way I believe it is actully a big rig filter and there are two versions of it, one for marine applications that can substain a little more moisture, I have not used one of these but if you see one you will know how it got its name, it's huge. It simply clamps on to the intake hose and there are no housings or box for it to sit in. I have heard that flows air really good, and indeed lowers the EGT's.

And now the latest craz to get your hands on is the one that I am runing, its the Advanced Flow Engineering (AFE) Mega Canon www.afefilters.com/Product.asp#TechnicalInfo you can get this system for a pretty comparable price and I as a user can atest to a 150-200 degree drop in EGT's over the Psycotty must be much more over the stock filter in the stock box. It looks great and utilizes the air filter minder as well as the stock mounting hardware and has a heatshield as well that seals against the hood I think I have an added benifit because I have the 4.5" hole from the spycotty and the end of the filter is pleated as well, in fact friends of mine are drilling the hole that never used the shycotty prior to installing there AFE system. I really like mine alot and will hold onto it for a long time (I had no problem selling my spycotty for half of what I paid for it)

The flow rate of the K&N is approx 583 CFM, as opposed to the AFE at approx 820 CFM.

And now the newest thing to hit the market which utilizes the stock intake air location, the 4.5" spycotty hole, uses a AFE, and is even in a box (which might be good for all on those dirt roads) is the Volant air system check it at www.volantperformance.com/Products/vtrucklist_files/16659/16659.htm this one even replaces the intack hose with a hard plastic one like the new K&N kit. The only thing about this system is that it is new no realworld testing completed that I am aware of flow rates, dyno runs etc.
